Diagnosis

Female gaster dark with first and last tergites white; mesoscutum with anterior one-half yellowish-brown, posterior one-half dark brown; scutellum dark brown; fore wing with median one-third strongly infuscate, with dense setation, and with speculum open below; vertex pale brown; occiput dark brown.
